Online since 2010
In 2010, Bilka.dk became Salling Group’s first web shop. Since then, we have experienced enormous growth in this area, and the group's e-commerce business has expanded considerably. In 2011, the Salling department stores went online with Salling.dk, and in 2015 føtex followed with the føtex.dk web shop.
Bilka.dk, føtex.dk and Salling.dk are reaping the numerous benefits of their close connection to the physical stores; for example, by offering customers the opportunity to shop online and pick up their goods while they are already out shopping.
In addition, online shopping is fully integrated with offline as customers have access to an extensive range online via tablets in the stores.
Some days customers are looking for inspiration for the evening meal, while other days it just needs to be quick and easy to shop. BilkaToGo is the name of our click-and-collect solution for groceries, and it is really easy to use when fast grocery shopping is needed on a busy day.
Everyday items can be ordered directly from a smartphone or the web and be collected from one of our Bilka hypermarkets – the goods are even packed and ready to go, and the customers don't even need to leave the car. With an assortment of over 15,000 products, BilkaToGo has the largest online food range.
Click-and-collect is enjoying strong growth abroad, and we believe that BilkaToGo has significant potential when it comes to improving our customers' everyday lives with simple digital solutions.
The system for BilkaToGo is based on the technology that was acquired in connection with the acquisition of iPosen.dk, and which has since been further developed.
flowr – buy flowers online
Daily life is filled with occasions for giving a nice bouquet of flowers, and flowr makes it even easier to bring joy to someone you care about. Flowr.dk is Salling Group’s flower shop on the web, where flowers are ordered online and delivered directly to your door.
flowr.dk was launched in 2017, and the whole concept behind flowr.dk has been developed by our own flower people here at Salling Group. With flowr.dk, flowers can be ordered from the comfort of the couch, and the flowers can even arrive the next day. It doesn’t get any easier.
Every year, Danes send and receive millions of parcels. We want to help make this easy and convenient, which is why in 2018 we launched a new digital parcel solution for Danes, Send&Hent.
Send&Hent is Denmark's first label-free parcel box, which makes it fast, easy and secure to send packages.
With Send&Hent, customers can order parcel delivery directly on the phone or via the computer and then place the parcel in one of the 365+ parcel boxes at Netto, føtex and Bilka. After this the receiver will get a text message when the parcel is ready for collection at the parcel box.
